Quality
What is on site, the safety checks that go with it, and the phone in your hand while you are there.
Your day: what is owed today, your hours, your court and your notes.
Every project and everything filed against it — documents, the library, and the work coming down the pipeline.
The commercial side end to end: an enquiry, a proposal, the fee lines, the invoice, and the books behind them.
What the office owes on quality: the record of checks, reviews sent and returned, and what is waiting on a decision.
How this system is being built, and whether it is well.

Updates
What is owed today, what came in overnight, and what the office is holding for you.
Everything with your name on it, and what the system did for you.
The tasks that are waiting on you and nobody else.
Your hours: what you logged, what is missing, and what is banked.
The to-do notes you wrote down so you would not have to hold them.
One day of the office read back: hours logged, fees confirmed, invoices drafted, and the mail that needs you.
Which e-mail updates you get, and how often.
