Field Mine Projects QualityWhat is on site, the safety checks that go with it, and the phone in your hand while you are there.Your day: what is owed today, your hours, your court and your notes.Every project and everything filed against it — documents, the library, and the work coming down the pipeline. The commercial side end to end: an enquiry, a proposal, the fee lines, the invoice, and the books behind them. What the office owes on quality: the record of checks, reviews sent and returned, and what is waiting on a decision. How this system is being built, and whether it is well.

All projects Documents FunnelThe register: every project, its state, and what it is owed.Every document the office holds, by project and by kind. What this office has learned, written down once and kept.Work in flight by delivery stage, and what is stuck.Enquiry to project: how many, how much, and how long it took.Projects nothing has happened on for ninety days, each to be closed or kept.
